So, for the last 5 years or so, my husband has been leaving stale bread in our backyard. He and and the dogs enjoy watching the critters make their way onto our deck and munch away. Of course, I have been making fun of him for that many years. Rodie and Romeo sit on the top of the sofa ready to pounce! The dogs, would rather have them for a snack, than to watch them snack on the bread left for them.
I must say, I have enjoyed taking pictures of the creatures. So, last weekend I actually set out food for them myself. I thought I would get some really great pictures. Here are some of the animals spotted in my backyard, and Rodie and Romeo watching.

My grandmother always left old bread for the animals in her backyard. It is fun to see who stops by for a treat.
