I have been making a lot of my own cards lately. This past weekend I had the opportunity to make an Anniversary card for my cousin’s 50th. There was a particular photo I had in mind. I had taken it a couple of summers ago in while we were on a family vacation in Montreal. We were walking by The Museum of Fine Arts http://www.mbam.qc.ca/en/index.html and I snapped a quick picture of the sculpture by Jim Dine, Twin 6′ Hearts.
I used a point and shoot camera. The picture didn’t come out that nice. I really wanted to use it on the card, so I opened it up in Photoshop…… Here is what I changed it in to.
Amazing, huh?
Alway a surprise…….
🙂
i like the transition of the photoshop pix. I think its almost better than the real sculpture
My picture didn’t really capture the sculpture. It really is nicer in person. Thanks Sandy!
