Gail, you are the kindest. You and Cara. Both of you gave me this award. I KNOW you hope to encourage me to carry on. I promise I will. I just looked at GRS again. I hadn’t been there in awhile. Your photographs are amazing. Such variety too. So many beautiful images… You don’t just “hit” one once in awhile. They’re consistently superb. I thought about your children and how they will treasure your work. Your family are there too. I love that. Lots of photographers don’t show photographs of their families. I think that’s sad. When I travel through your work, I see you and your beautiful family too. They are professional shots wonderfully composed and all so natural that I feel as if I’ve shared your time with them.
